Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Make certain you intend to honor your purchase before completing a transaction
Make sure you read the item description before making your purchase as several of our items are pre-orders and can take time to arrive to us. This includes non graded and graded items. Make sure you account for the time needed to receive and fulfil the purchases before you buy. Please also note that weather and holidays may also affect the fulfilment times as these can result in delays.
We rely on our customers to honor their purchases in order to properly fund our business and make charitable donations. We make the purchase for these books in advance for you and cannot return them for a refund.
In addition, refunding orders causes us to incur payment processing fees that do not get returned when orders are refunded. Therefore, we have a firm no cancellation policy on orders placed in our site. For the extremely rare instance we have to refund an order there will be a 5% restocking fee.
If you receive a refund please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
Release Dates and Publisher Information:
Release dates are subject to change. We cannot guarantee release dates set by the publishers as we do not have control over those.
We do use stock images and descriptions for regular release items. Regular release items, such as open order item and ratios, can be changed by the publisher and therefore may affect the listings we have already offered. Final art may vary and could have trade dress instead of being virgin. Industry standard is to provide retailers with images prior to release, these images usually do not contain trade but trade dress may be on the final product when they are released. Open order variants can also be changed to ratios, therefore affecting the listing we have already provided. Again these are all beyond our control and we will try to do our best to inform you of any changes that may have happened as we are updated.
We do not allow returns on orders once they have been shipped. If an item has been damaged in shipping please email us so we can asses the situation. All items for review will need the following:
- Pictures of the books outside of the bag and board for proper assessment
- Pictures of the packaging
- Order number, name, and/or email associated with the order for faster response
- Name of the person who packed the item ( if provided in packaging material )
We will not accept returns or allow refunds for books that are NM or better. Unless stated otherwise all books we send out are considered NM 9.4 or better. The following defects may be allowed in NM 9.4 as long as there is not an accumulation of these defects:
Bindery defects like minor to moderate corner tears, white along the edge of the spine, covers that are offset from the pages (common on card-stock covers) - bindery defects may not affect the grade much if at all.
Printing defects like a slight color rubs on the back covers, small wrinkles in the paper that were present on the paper rolls prior to the books being printed, paper that is "wavy" from the printing process
2 - 3 small color breaking spine dings or minor non color breaking spine dings
