From time to time we may offer discount codes to our customers. These codes may not be applied after a sale is complete.
FAQ:
I forgot to apply the discount code, can I just order again with the code and ask you to cancel to first order?
NO. Any time an order is cancelled and refunded, we incur payment processing fees that are NOT returned to us when your order is refunded. Doing this is financially injurious to us. Should this situation occur, you may either keep both orders intact, or have the first order refunded subject to a 5 % order cancellation fee as described in our order cancellation policy.
